Take a drink from yesterday's cup and remember there's good things. Have irreverence for the other ones that crowded your thought. There's a blue collar regression from each silver spoon day-dream.
2.
Into the shed for a winter heatless twist. Mistakes to the brim and a private place to consider them. Self centered sting in permanent exile swing. Get dizzy with ease and labor to see what's happening. What's the cure for blue when they want perfection in you? How is one to fair when they don't find it there? Will this blow away if the millstone turns reversal on the grain? (sigh the shed months, oh!) Make it unsaid when domestic comfort's fled. Wait in the wings and cover your head with anything there. Self centered sting in permanent exile swing. No pity with these know-better things, condemned to see. What's the cure for blue when they want perfection in you? How is one to fair when they don't find it there? Will this blow away if the millstone turns reversal on the grain?

I'm A Child 03:07
Footsteps across a saw-dusty floor. Flat history waits on us for a discovery. Don't watch the clock while we two-step to nothing this is supposed to be a vacation. I'm a child in everything that I do.
4.
Taciturn before the evening. Jabber at the motionless and bleak monolith pit. Sing unto survivalist wildlife. Dumb in the wildernesses of birthright. Try to ignore it all you'd like. Think of changing overnight. Tell your friends hide me from this wrath they all know never was. Until true, spin me. Quicksand of darkness overtake me. Real idea of loss come in and seize me firm. Melt relief emerge and make me clean. Heavy head be gone into the ether again. Try to ignore it all you'd like. Think of changing overnight. Tell your friends hide me from this wrath they all know never was. Until true, spin me.
5.
You came in alone and so you leave alone but you need not fear. The time there is between now and then belongs to you. Aren't fates a shared fate if you want them to be that way? Sick of this season: cold and dark to colder and darker. Second guess before spring heats the dew. Karen's concerned, just had another bad year. What's the point and who's to care for blues. Find strength in me. Give up what's got you down. Muscular juggernaut, sleep. The time there is between now and then is up to you. Aren't fates a shared fate if you want them to be that way? Rescind the reason: cold and dark to colder darker made such a stillness ensue. Karen's concern is our concern. We stand together through hardships and high times until June.
6.
Stung first by the melody. Caught in the chordal potpourri in a round rubber-top pyrex display that holds the thought of home for the… Streets peppered with the blurred out spots. Nameless neighbors with memory loss. The charity of the sidewalk cracks take me to the bent trunk tree by the railroad tracks. Get tossed by the fade in and out. Be half sorry to have missed again the opening windows in May. Still stand with a pedigree. Still see with clarity over the rocks northwest of Mill to the white adobe infinity. Before the wind makes the air opaque search for shelter from nature's whim. Think a second thought about destiny - a chain reaction inside a dream. Get lost thinking about: Be half worried to have barely changed between opening windows in May.

9.
So much wasted time's passed by my door since I last made love to you. Why waste time with lies? You're the best that I've ever had. If you come back to me I won't fuck up anymore. You open up to me the evening. Instruct the inner, untie the taught. And never sigh when I'm retreating. Infinity clean-slated starts for me. Anchor on a dragonfly. Wet coat on a crow. A burden in dust. A still in the attic. Red stroke in the mist he's a Blue Bonnet in the row. Freedom's a vagrant curse: to have and let go. Can I share a funny feeling? Doing harm to the ones you love…just to be surprised when they deceive me. I'm over breaking hearts. Will you let me do that?
10.
I can't tell if you're being serious. It's not always enough to say you're only joking. Do you actively go for mysterious kinds of unusual charm? If so it isn't working. Or could it be that you act the way you do quite naturally? No one knows but I know I don't getcha' kid. With a view of the world so injurious, A cynical mess of psychosis and neurosis. Were you neglected to such bitterness heights? Such a pitiful look that you are cultivating. Or could it be that you act the way you do quite naturally? No one knows but I know I don't getcha' kid.
11.
They say if you want love you have to go out and get love. They say if you see love you'd be blind not to know love. When one comes around everybody looks to see who's together now. It happens every time. Who's it gonna' be this week? If you feel like you've found love - an everlasting and true love. A love that is real love that won't disappear when you're ugly. Then when I'm around pretend it's going wrong, please don't get me down. Spare me, fantasy! Who's it gonna' be this week?

about

Falling Up is the sophomore effort of singer songwriter Filardo (Tom Filardo). It's a chasm of experimental pop bliss. Drawing inspiration from the Beach Boys and Wendy Carlos, Filardo pushes contemporary pop music to its limits leaving no sonic field untouched. From the pink panther esque movie score that is "Falling Up" to the noisy motorcycle that haunts "I Still Get Around" Filardo displays his true talent for songwriting. This piece is not to be overlooked!, get psyched!
